Check it out, my friend grew this head of broccoli in her garden. I have never seen broccoli this big and this color. Beautiful and it tasted great!! It was nice of her to share this with us.

Patriotic Breakfast for the Ward

The kids decorated there bikes for the parade. Makenna is ready to show off what she has. Especially since she has no more trainy wheels.

4th of July

This is how are fourth of July night was celebrated. We watched what we could from our truck. Not much too see, we thought we would see a lot since we live up on the hill in Layton. Allie barked at all the fireworks that went off or heard and Olivia is by Reese hiding under the blankets. She would say pretty then hide.

My First Camping Experiment

My nephew Leo did well for not feeling to good. Poor guy was teething and had his sinus clogged up. He needed a pepsi and a nice bubble bath.

Marshmallow Nights

Yum!! These are the best nights when you get to roast the marshmallows over the fire and squeeze it between chocolate and a graham cracker. And mommy gets the left overs of what her kids couldn't eat. I probably had 2 or 3 that night. My tummy was happy :)

Camping Nights

I love camping nights, the smell of the fire and how your clothes smell afterwards. A trip enjoyed with family and friends.

Here is the picture of our home after I did some yard work, I enjoy working in the yard while the kids play in the cult a sac. Reese taught Caden how to ride a bike without training wheels and he is doing SUPER!! Reese bought a hedger at a garage sale for only 10 bucks, it is soo much fun to use and shape plants with.

Makenna had some friends over for a Princess Tea Party. The girls had so much fun. They danced, polished their nails, watched Barbie and The Diamond Castle, and had pizza.

Thought you would all like to see my talent. I use to do this when I was in elementary school. I still got the moves. It was quit hard to get into this standing position. I would end up rolling backwards and Reese would have to roll me forward. It was quite funny.

None of those, it is playdough. Caden is going to make a volcano out of this brown playdough and mom is going to put the experiment together with home products like baking soda and etc.

Makenna is proud of her imagination in making earings out of pennies. I forgot to ask her how she got it to stick to her ear lobe.

Caden bought himself a ninja sword, then we ended up buying 3 more. 2 for when Ethan and Isaac come over and one for Reese. Caden know has been having fun dressing up and playing Ninja. Reese has also been keeping the kids busy. Each girl will have a ninja and Reese and Caden. They go through the house hiding and finding one another and then sword fighting. It was fun to watch. This is when I need a video camera.

My little cheerleaders!! I had fun trying to teach them a little dance. I ended up going to the dollar store and buying me some pom poms. Green ones and when I went to take it out of the package the handle broke off. That is what you get for 1 buck.

How do you like these dresses? I got them both from the D.I. Great Buy. I think. Caden's came from Costco, I love that place.
